DELL also has a problem with their customer service..."Someone will call you back" generally translates to never hear from us again... NVidia has been having a hard time with their Vista drivers... after two years, they're still crashing. I think it's more then just their graphics cards. Their NForce Chipset drivers are also pretty buggy (the XPS 630 uses the NVidia 630i chipset). I ended up returning my XPS 630 b/c of the Vista BSOD issues. I thought after installing SP1 the situation would resolve itself, boy how wrong I was. Now, I get even more bluescreens and this computer is a clean install! Sometimes my PC crashes not once, but twice in a single day! As for stepping away for a few hours, save your data because after you awaken it from sleep mode, you may just see another blue-screen episode! This OS is pure garbage!
